Community Living Corporation (CLC) is a not for profit agency created in 1990 to provide residential, vocational and habilitative services to developmentally disabled and dual diagnosed adults in Northern Westchester County.
CLC currently operates 39 distinct residential sites serving approximately 150 adults. Each site is separately licensed and regulated by the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities’ (NYS-OPWDD).
CLC maintains a Board of Directors comprised of both parents of consumers and independent professionals from the larger community. Since inception, the CLC Board saw the need for a balanced and objective Board composition with a clear vision of what CLC should be.
The policies and mandates of the Board are implemented by an Executive Director. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors. No paid employee of CLC is a member of the Board nor can they vote on any Board business.
